User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the recipes, stories, photographs, and other original content you upload.

You represent that:

• •You own the content you upload, or
• •You have permission to use it.

Do not upload material that infringes another person's copyright or other legal rights.

Copyright

Recipes inspired by other sources are welcome when written in your own words.

Do not upload:

• •Entire cookbook pages
• •Recipes copied verbatim from books or websites
• •Copyrighted photographs without permission

If Butterbook receives a valid copyright complaint, we may remove the reported content while we investigate.

Printing

Users are responsible for reviewing cookbook content before placing a print order. Butterbook is not responsible for typographical errors, formatting choices, or user-submitted content that appears in printed books.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Upload illegal or harmful content.
• •Attempt to interfere with Butterbook's operation.
• •Access another user's account without permission.
• •Use Butterbook to distribute spam or malicious software.

Payments

Subscriptions and printing fees are billed as described at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable after a printed cookbook has entered production.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Butterbook available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Butterbook shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Butterbook constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
